Joinine Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the Joinine platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Joinine. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the Joinine platform immediately and close your account.

These Joinine Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered on the platform, including but not limited to casino games, fish shooting games, sports betting, live dealer tables, poker, and any promotional offers or bonuses. They apply regardless of the device you use to access Joinine — whether that is a desktop browser, the Joinine Android app, or a mobile browser on any device.

To register and use Joinine, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, bots, and automated systems may not register accounts on Joinine.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in your name.
• You must not be self-excluded from Joinine or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that is still active.
• You must not be accessing Joinine from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law.

Joinine conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. You may be asked to submit a copy of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification to verify your identity and age. Joinine may also request proof of your payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in your account being restricted until verification is complete.

Your Joinine account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. Joinine strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password for your Joinine account that you do not use on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication from your account security settings to add an extra layer of protection.
• Never share your login credentials — username, password, or OTP codes — with anyone, including Joinine support staff. Joinine will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your Joinine account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact Joinine support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Joinine is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials. If you share your account details with another person and that person places bets or makes withdrawals, Joinine will treat those actions as having been authorised by you.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information on your Joinine account is kept up to date. If your mobile number, email address, or payment method changes, you must update your account details promptly. Joinine is not responsible for failed communications or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated account information.

Joinine processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the Joinine platform:

• The minimum deposit on Joinine is ৳50. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though Joinine VIP accounts may have higher processing priority.
• The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Deposits are credited to your Joinine balance within seconds of the mobile banking transfer completing. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact Joinine support with your transaction reference number.
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes for standard accounts and within 10 minutes for Joinine VIP members during normal operating hours.
• Joinine only processes withdrawals to the same payment account used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Joinine does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside Joinine's control.

Joinine does not accept deposits made from payment accounts that are not registered in your own name. If Joinine detects that a deposit was made from a third-party account, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Joinine offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• All bonuses on Joinine are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page. You must complete the full wagering requirement before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Joinine bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Using bonuses as part of a systematic strategy to generate guaranteed profit — commonly known as bonus abuse or bonus hunting — is prohibited and will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed.
• The welcome bonus is available to new Joinine players on their first deposit only. Players who have previously held a Joinine account under any name, device, or payment method are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
• Joinine reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after you have already opted in, Joinine will honour any wagering already completed up to the point of cancellation.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering process.
• If Joinine determines that a bonus was claimed in error or as a result of a technical fault, Joinine reserves the right to reclaim the bonus amount from your account balance.

All games on Joinine operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems used by Joinine are independently audited to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and that the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate. Joinine does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Each game on Joinine has its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. Joinine is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Joinine platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games, place bets, or interact with the Joinine platform in any way.
• Collusion with other players in poker or any other multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Joinine platform to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug are not valid and will be reclaimed.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits on Joinine.
• Attempting to launder money through the Joinine platform by depositing funds and withdrawing them without genuine gaming activity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the Joinine platform or the experience of other players.

Joinine reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Joinine Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made through the Responsible Gaming tools.

If your Joinine account is closed due to a violation of these terms, any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason — including inactivity or at your own request — any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment account after standard verification checks.

You may close your Joinine account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Joinine will process account closure requests within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed to your registered payment account before the account is closed.

Joinine uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses of any kind.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Losses resulting from technical faults, internet outages, or third-party service failures that are outside Joinine's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Nothing in these terms limits Joinine's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Joinine reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, Joinine will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Joinine platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using Joinine and close your account before the changes take effect.
